What Are You Reading That Has Value?

Never enough time. Not enough time to read what I need or want to read. Too many e-mails with attachments I can't keep up with.

Have you read something lately that you want to share? What's the title; a book, article, website? Provide a brief synopsis that tells us why we should read or not bother reading your item.

I recommend Malcom Gladwell, in particular "Outliers" and "Blink." Both are engaging, rivet your attention and are well worth the time even if you only scan for the main points.
